All orders will be shipped from Sydney, Australia.


All orders placed before 12pm within the radius of 10km (as the crow flies) of Mosman are eligible for same day delivery. In the event you will not be home to accept your delivery, or prefer that we ship your items, please let us know at hello@yumyumcandy.com.au. All orders over $20 are eligible for a free delivery within the radius of 10km (as the crow flies) of Mosman. Local delivery time are from 12pm - 10pm.

For deliveries outside of our local delivery catchment area, please allow {24 hours} processing time before your order ships, pending availability and credit card authorisation. All orders placed after 12pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day. Public holidays are considered a weekend and no orders will be processed these days. If for some reason, any of the products selected are out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit card authorisation, we will contact you directly.


Yum Yum uses Australia Post for all shipments. Most customers receive their order within 3 business days, but you should allow up to 5 business days for your goods to arrive. We recommend allowing up to 7 days in regional areas, Western Australia and South Australia. 

Yum Yum is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping.

We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping  delivery.

We are finding that delivery to states in COVID-19 lockdowns are experiencing delays so please allow for this when placing an order.

Soft Drinks are only available for local delivery. 


All pick and mix orders will be fulfilled in the same bag.

Due to the nature of chocolates, we will only ship our goods on Monday-Thursday to avoid products being held in warehouses over weekends. Order placed on Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Products will be insulated and in warmer months sent with cooler packs to keep chocolates cool during transit. We endeavour as much as possible to protect the chocolates from the rigours of transport using strong packaging with appropriate insulation for both movement and temperature.


Yum Yum does not accept ‘change of mind’ returns on any of the products purchased through our website. Upon checking out, if you entered your shipping address incorrectly and your parcel has returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery of your parcel, extra fees may apply. No refund applies. YumYum is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping.

All Yum Yum products are of highest quality and quality controls are carried out on daily basis.

All products are checked before being dispatched and all loose sweets will be packed in heat sealed cellophane bags to ensure the longest possible shelf life. However, if something appears to be wrong with the products when you receive them, please notify us immediately by sending an email to hello@yumyumcandy.com.au and we promise to replace the products as soon as possible. Please always keep the damaged products until we have resolved the problem.
